Hocog, who has a handicap of 12, posted a gross score of 81, after scoring 38 and 43 on the front and back nines, respectively.
The RGA welcomed two new members to its club: Eric Lizama and Joe Demapan.
Lizama, who has a handicap of 24, bagged second place by scoring a net of 74 after shooting a gross of 98.
With a handicap of 11, Demapan placed third after stroking it for a net of 76 and a gross of 87.
Tars Olopai, who finished second in RGA’s July tournament, also placed third after recording a net of 76 and a gross of 81 after shooting 40 and 41 on the front and back nines.
Olopai was also the closest to the pin on Hole 12.
Ray Tigilau, who posted a net of 82, was the closest to the pin on Hole 6.
July tournament winner Dwaine Stephens, who posted a net of 69 in last month’s event at Coral Ocean Point, shot a net of 82 after scoring a gross of 95.
Other August Qualifier participants with their net scores in parenthesis were: Ulysses Kapileo (79), Asterio Tawanpiy (79), Joe Saures (79), Manny Mangarero (81), Tony Rogolifoi (83), and Tom Tebuteb (85).
