China has one of the poorest records in the world for pollution of its environment. Presently, Coral Ocean Point Resort has beautiful beaches and cliffs, gorgeous flame trees when in bloom, and other attractive tropical features. If the CNMI Legislature is serious about attracting tourists to our islands, it should award the lease of Coral Ocean Point Resort to a company that will preserve the natural beauty of Coral Ocean Point, a company that has a proven record in preserving the environment.
