Hyatt marketing communications assistant manager Luis Villagomez said from September 9 to 14 at the Kilil Café and Terrace, diners will be served the bold traditional flavors of Korea.
“Kili Café and Terrace invites diners to discover the unique tastes of Korean cuisine as Hyatt Regency Incheon’s visiting master chef, Sun Chang Ho, and Master Chef Han Kyung Hwa prepare an exquisite Korean banquet,” Villagomez said.
He said every night, the skilled culinary team will join the visiting chefs from Korea to offer diners an exceptional experience of Korea’s rich culture and festive cuisine.
Chuseok festival features an all-you-can-eat Korean dishes, and all-you-can-drink beer and iced tea.
“Come with your family and friends and join us to experience what Chuseok has to offer. The Chuseok dinner buffet is available from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.,” Villagomez said.
Chang Ho Sun brings with him a wealth of experience in the industry starting with being a chef in Korean army in 2000. He holds a license in western, Korean and Chinese food in Korea.
Kyeong Hwan Han started his career as a regular cook staff at the Outback Steakhouse in Korea in 2004 and worked in various top restaurants before joining the Hyatt Incheon as a regular kitchen staff member in 2007. Han holds certificates as professional bartender, professional cook of Western food, and professional cook of Korean-style food.
