• Updated student health certificate
• Authorization of individuals who can pick your child after school or when they are ill, etc.
• Transfer forms with transcripts or report cards for off-island students or those who transferred from another school.
School uniforms will be available for students.
Parents are highly encouraged to work and help Hopwood to provide and create a safe school for their children by following the school’s uniform policy. This will help build unity, friendship, family ties and more focus on learning.
Parents are highly encouraged to fill out the following forms that will be helpful to the school, staff, and students: free meal application, e-rate and bus forms.
