The Energy Division is still accepting applications for services for the Energy Star Rebate Incentive Program and the Residential Weatherization Program under the Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant.
These programs are designed to assist and encourage individuals residing in the CNMI, as well as, homeowners by implementing energy efficiency measures through the retrofitting and replacement of inefficient lightings and home appliances with qualified Energy Efficient-Energy Star rated lightings and appliances to reduce high energy bills.
