Judge David A. Wiseman sentenced Rudolph to one year imprisonment, but all suspended, except for 30 days with credit for 32 days already served.
Rudolph was placed on two years’ probation and was ordered to pay a $100 fine, a $25 court assessment fee as well as a probation fee to be determined by the Adult Probation Office.
He will complete 100 hours of community work service.
Rudolph will submit to anger management counseling, must not possess nor consume alcohol during probationary period, and must submit to random blood, breath, or urine tests.
Rudolph admitted the charge of assault and battery, while the prosecution moved and the court granted the dismissal of another count of assault and battery and two counts of disturbing the peace filed against him.
Assistant Attorney General Tiberius Mocanu prosecuted the case while Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke represented Rudolph.
