Application forms may be obtained at the Department of Commerce located at the Donni Hill Complex, Capitol Hill Road, Pohnpei Street. All licensed businesses on Rota and Tinian may pick up application forms from the resident head at the Department of Commerce on Rota and Tinian.
Application forms are also available online and may be downloaded at www.commerce.gov.mp.
The deadline for filing of renewal applications, including payment of fees, is on June 30, 2011.
All licensees whose renewal fees remain unpaid as of June 30 will automatically be suspended pursuant to 4 CMC Section 5528.
Licenses which remain suspended as of July 31, 2011, due to unpaid renewal fees, will automatically be revoked and the secretary of Commerce will not issue a renewal license.
If a license still remains revoked as of July 31, 2011, a new application must be submitted for consideration by the secretary of Commerce.
Application forms are available online at www.commerce.gov.mp or from the Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Control Division anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday except austerity Fridays, weekends, and legal holidays. For more information, call the ABTC Division at 664-3065.
