They are Lifei Bian, Chunping Li, Cuilan Man, Zhipeng Ren, Shoujun Yin, and Zhongjun Yu.

U.S. Homeland Security Investigations special agent Isra Harahap stated in his affidavit that the respondents were recruited in China by Li Hua, and were escorted from China to Saipan by Honglian Cheng.
The respondents sought employment at a massage shop or a karaoke bar.
The respondents gave approximately 30,000 Chinese yuan, or about $4,600, to be brought to the CNMI.
Honglian Cheng was arrested on June 3, 2011 while trying to depart Saipan.
Li Hua was arrested on June 5, 2011 at the Saipan airport en route to China.
