Elsa Duenas, one of the organizers, said they are expecting from 150 to 200 individuals to join the reunion which will include the alumni’s direct family members.
She said they also invited the 1986 graduates from Mt. Carmel School.
“Some of the MHS ’86 alumni were married to the 1986 alumni from Mt. Carmel and we want them to join us too,” Duenas said.
The reunion activities will start with a Mass at the Kristo Rai Church in Garapan at 6 a.m. tomorrow.
“We want to squeeze in the activities in one day and starting off with a Mass is the best way to do it,” she said.
They would also like to pay tribute to nine of their classmates who have passed away during the 25 years after graduation.
“We would like to have the whole class with us as we catch up on each other’s lives and what happened in between since we graduated from high school, and reminiscing the past,” Duenas said.
The MHS Class of 1986 held their 20th reunion in 1986. The next one will be for the 30th reunion in 2016.
Activities tomorrow will start at 11 a.m.
“We will have a day of fun, food, games and lots of entertainment for the whole family so please come and join us. It will be five years later when we get another chance to gather together,” Duenas said.
All members of the MHS Class of 1986 are invited to come and join the event — even those who missed the previous meetings.
