Superior Court Kenneth L. Govendo granted Deleon Guerrero’s motion for bail modification. He was ordered to post $25,000 property bond, and will be released to his third party custodian.
Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher represented the government, while Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller served as Deleon Guerrero’s counsel during his initial appearance and bail hearing yesterday.
