The committee will begin the hearing at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Among the witnesses invited are the governor or lt. governor, the chairman of the Council of Pilung or his designee, the chairman of the Council of Tamol or his designee and Speaker Henry Falan of the 8th Yap State Legislature.
The hearing is open to the public especially those who wish to offer their testimony.
