The move is also designed to relocate Labor within the area where the Workers Investment Agency office is located said Gov. Benigno R. Fitial who wants the two agencies to work closely in placing more local residents in private sector jobs in anticipation of the islands’ reduced reliance on foreign labor due to the federalization law.
