Philippine Independent Church Bishop Nilo S. Tayag and wife Josefina G. Tayag, vice chancellor for academic affairs of the University of the Philippines-Manila will be the speakers.
The workshops will be held in the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library conference room on May 1 from 1 to 4 p.m., May 2 from 6 to 9 p.m., and May 3 from 6 to 9 p.m.
There will be a registration fee of $8.
