The ceremony took place on the NMC campus at room D-1 where Lorraine T. Cabrera, NMC interim president, and Suk-Tae Bae, dean of international affairs office at Tongmyong, signed the agreement.
Tongmyong University is based in Busan, South Korea and is a college that merged with a technical university. It has programs on business, architecture, technology and general studies.
