Welcome to Saipan

Saipan Mayor Donald Flores and Rotarian Yamaoka Koji, center front, pose with the Tropical Tour Group from Hiroshima, Japan on a stopover here before heading to Guam. The group went to Marpi Point for a memorial ceremony. The group will return here on Sunday for a sightseeing tour and golfing. They plan to visit Tinian, Rota and the manamko’ center.
