While the Legislature is ready to act on House Bill 17-114, which will allow CUC to deal freely with renewable energy vendors, the administration should also start working now with companies that meet the requirements once the bill becomes law, he said.

“Those are the ones that really hurt us all,” he added.

Santos who drives back and forth between As Matuis and Capital Hill everyday said it is going to be very bad for government employees who are not being paid on time.
