It was emphasized that captain should make sure that the player is paid before playing. All captains will be given a roster. If the players name is in the roster, he/she is allowed to play. If not, it means that the player has not been paid for yet.
The SEDA league coordinators will continue to update the roster until all eight players are accounted for. In this league, the NO PAY, NO PLAY rule will be strictly imposed. In the event where there is an illegal player – that is player who played but has not paid yet will be subjected to punishment.

During this league the Burma Road will now replace Baseball for the C division, B division, and Ladies. For the Masters and A-division, the same games and categories will be followed from the last season and the Cherry In Double 1 Out for 1001 will reign.
Re-scheduled games must be played before the following week’s game. If not then both teams scheduled for that game will lose the entire match or the team that does not show up on the re-scheduled match will forfeit their opponent.
However if there is a valid reason why a team cannot or did not play before the following week’s game then the competition will be given an extension (another week for consideration).
A copy of the SEDA Rules & Regulations can be found at any dart league locations in the Statistics Rules & Regulations Folder.
New dart machines can now be used during this upcoming league. However there will be some games that are not included in the machines. Players, at their discretion, can use alternative games based on the score sheets. Teams are reminded to use only two players for the partners’ games, and the stats must be recorded separately when the game is finished.
This league does not condone bringing outside beer and drinking in the parking lot of the games’ venues. Violators can be banned from the league. The sponsoring bar spends money to support the players and league, without them there is no league.
Players are reminded to please purchase the beer inside the bar; let’s all support the location; we must remember that the table we occupied is for rent.
The league coordinators value any suggestions that deal with the games. Coordinators have heard from some of the players that PIC doesn’t have enough space for the growing league.
Coordinators are now looking for a new venue that will make everybody happy during the awards banquet. If no new venue is found, then the banquet will stay at PIC. With first come first serve basis, come early for a chance to occupy the front table.
All new players must start in the C Division. But all players will be tested first by the league secretary to make sure that they are qualified to play in the C-Division. All incoming players must record in a score below 42 in weighted average.
The C Division players will automatically be promoted to the B Division at the end of season if the statistics have improved to a 42 and above in weighted average even though they are playing in other divisions with low average, stats will not be combined.
