CPA Executive Director Edward Deleon Guerrero said the renovated restrooms will have more cubicles and more technologically advanced facilities for the convenience of tourists and other passengers using the airport.
The bidding process for the project was opened in December and was recently closed.
The FAA and CPA specifically asked that the winning bidder order materials for the project like steel from the U.S. in accordance with President Obama’s call to support products made in America.
