Perhaps it’s a fictional or nonfictional situation but now there is a law to ban the sale of shark fins. Maybe in another three months another biologist from another country would be on island to talk to students and lawmakers about the tuna and maputi fish that are very popular to catch and eat but the problem is they’re almost wiped out and nothing’s left for the next generation. So to prevent that they may try to lobby again our lawmakers to pass a law prohibiting catching such fish.
Anyone that comes to our CNMI and talk about something, someone will listen and follow their idea then they make a law but they forgot about the people. Perhaps it is true that our culture is already disappearing. Maybe some people would think that I am out of my mind or I am nuts. But this is the way I learned my philosophy and psychology techniques.
