(NAP) — The CNMI Nutrition Assistance Program under the Department of Community & Cultural Affairs, Office of the Governor, informs all participants that longer waiting times may be expected during benefit issuance for October 2025. This is due to NAP staff participating in mandatory Electronic Benefit Transfer system training conducted by our EBT processor, Fidelity Information Services.
The training will take place on the following dates:
• Sept. 29–30, 2025
• Oct. 1–3, 2025
• Oct. 6–10, 2025
