GOVERNOR David M. Apatang appointed Jean Paul B. Reyes as special assistant for administration on Wednesday, effective immediately.
Reyes has served as special projects coordinator at the Office of the Governor since the start of the Palacios-Apatang administration.
In his appointment letter, the governor said he and Lt. Gov. Dennis James Mendiola are confident that Reyes is qualified and will be an asset to the CNMI.
The governor reminded him, “As we proceed with our policy agenda, it is imperative for members of our administration to execute our vision and objectives effectively, to ensure that our government moves in a direction that aligns with the needs of our Commonwealth.”
“Your willingness to serve our people is especially appreciated,” Apatang added.
Variety was unable to obtain additional biographical information about Reyes.
