For those new to the island, Skipper’s Bar is near the beach. Rommel has been entertaining at Skipper’s since November of last year. He has performed for a total of 36 years in Oman and Dubai in the Middle East, as well as in South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. Music fans on Saipan can hear Rommel at Skipper’s Bar on Tuesday – Saturday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. He also plays at Godfather’s Bar in Garapan from 9 p.m. to midnight.
