(Commonwealth Utilities Corporation) — Water audit and verification tests will be conducted in Gualo Rai from Monday, April 21, 2025, to Thursday, April 24, 2025, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. These tests aim to identify leaks, breaks, and other connections in CUC’s water distribution system.
During this period, customers in the area may experience low water pressure or temporary water interruptions lasting up to an hour during the day. These interruptions are necessary for CUC personnel to safely and effectively conduct inspections and ensure system integrity.
About the water audit and verification
The water audit and verification tests involve CUC personnel visiting residential and commercial properties to inspect water meters and verify supporting infrastructure. This includes checking waterlines, valves, and water mains, verifying the condition and accuracy of water meters, and identifying potential leaks.
This initiative is part of CUC’s ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance water services, detect issues early, and ensure a consistent, high-quality water supply for all customers.
Please be advised that CUC personnel may request access to areas within a customer’s property where the water meter or service lines are located.
What customers should do
Store sufficient water ahead of scheduled dates.
Turn off faucets and other water outlets during service interruptions to avoid damage or unnecessary water use.
