(Saipan Mayor’s Office) — Team Bricklayers finished first after an action-packed game against Team USA, edging out a close 30-29 victory to cap off the second edition of the Saipan Mayor’s 3-on-3 Youth Basketball Tournament held this past Saturday at the Kagman 2 Court.
Team USA settled for second place after facing Team Raiders, who finished third.
A total of 15 teams participated in the latest iteration of the Saipan Mayor’s 3-on-3 Youth Basketball Series, this time hosted in Precinct 5 at the Kagman 2 Basketball Court.
The series aims to promote and support youth sports, as well as active and healthy lifestyles among young athletes.
The Saipan Mayor’s Office would like to thank its partners — the Office of Rep. TJ Manglona, DC Pro Rentals, Mad Flex Fitness and Sports Club, the Department of Lands and Natural Resources, and the Office of Sen. Jude Hofschneider — for their generous donations and continued support of this tournament.
