Tai chi at Micro Beach pavilion

Are you looking for a fun exercise class on island?  Consider tai chi that is held at the Micro Beach pavilion every Friday at 7:30 a.m. Catherine Perry, who has practiced tai chi for more than 10 years, leads the class which is free. The class is open to women and men.  Catherine says tai chi will improve one’s physical, mental, and emotional health.
