King-Hinds invites veterans and families to ‘Heroes Among Us’ Resource Fair

(Office of the CNMI Congressional Delegate) — U.S. Congresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds invites all veterans, service members, and their families to attend the Heroes Among Us: Veterans Resource Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the American Memorial Park Softball Field.

The event will bring together more than ten organizations offering direct services and support for veterans. It builds on the congresswoman’s continued advocacy to improve outreach and ensure that veterans in the Marianas can access the federal, local, and nonprofit programs available to them.

“Our people serve this country with honor, courage, and commitment,” said Congresswoman King-Hinds. “The least we can do is make sure the services and support they’ve earned are within reach. This fair is about making access easier, so that no veteran in our community has to struggle to find the help they deserve.”

The congresswoman also thanked the National Park Service for working to accommodate the event at American Memorial Park despite the ongoing federal government shutdown.

“We are grateful to all our partners for standing with our veterans, and to the National Park Service for helping ensure this event can still move forward. And to our veterans and their families, thank you for everything you have given. It is an honor to serve you,” she said.

The event is free and open to all. For more information, contact the Saipan District Office at (670) 323-2647.
