Why 360 Beach Club is NMI’s must-visit restaurant

Owner Andy Colburn, who describes himself as “hurting, but refusing to quit,” has channeled his energy into this spacious, beachside venue. The result is the same great food and service his kitchen is known for, but with a major upgrade: unlimited parking and seating for any number of guests, from 10 to 500.

25% OFF ALL FOOD ITEMS DURING LUNCH. A customer favorite that once cost $$125 is now just $$95.

25% OFF ALL ALCOHOLS EVERY NIGHT throughout the month.

They are also prepping a special Thanksgiving Buffet featuring turkey, continuing their tradition of bringing people together.

For Colburn, the promotions are a way to give back. “We want to give back to the people. I know we’re all struggling,” he says. “We invite you to come here to eat lunch. You get the view, you get the menu that you loved, but all 25 percent off.”

The value is clearly working. During the interview, Courtney and William Rosser were enjoying their first visit. “I love the menu, it’s our date night, and I looked up the menu and it’s just what we need,” Courtney shared.

That same value extends to his staff. Even through tough times, Colburn refused to compromise his team. “I didn’t let go of people. We got the same staff, same menu, and more,” he affirms. In fact, he’s even used his personal retirement fund to make sure his employees and their families stay afloat. For customers, that means being greeted by the same friendly faces they know and trust.

And now, those faces are in a brand-new setting. Since opening last December, 360 Beach Club has become a go-to for everything from a casual lunch to a massive event.

The spot boasts unlimited parking—a simple thing that Colburn says has been transformative. The expansive footprint lets them use both indoor and outdoor space, so they never have to turn a party away.

“It’s been huge for us. Last December, we booked 7 parties, and we already have 8 reserved this year,” Colburn notes. The venue is fully equipped with speakers inside and out, a stage, a dance floor, and room for live bands. He’s even planning to expand the outdoor scene with games like cornhole.

The process is straightforward, which clients appreciate. “We figure out the menu, lock in the deposit… that’s why our clients like us too.”

Regulars are already on board. Ed Flores and Marinel Cadag were at the bar enjoying a drink. “We’ve been fans for a long time,” Ed said. “It’s nice that they have a new location like this. Food is good!”

Colburn is clearly proud of what they’ve built. “Here at 360 Beach Club, we got the beach. It’s the best of all worlds. We got unlimited parking that really changed the game.”

Times are still tough across the island, but 360 Beach Club is pushing back—one discounted lunch, one big party, one Thanksgiving turkey at a time. It’s a solid reminder that local businesses are still the heart of the community.

360 Beach Club is located on Beach Road, Susupe (at the old West Coast Restaurant location). To book a lunch table or inquire about functions, call 670-234-3602.
