A DOCTOR at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation reported to police the sexual abuse of a 16-year-old girl, who said she was raped after smoking marijuana with a man she met through an online game.

Dr. Jeremy Baird, an emergency medicine physician at CHCC, told investigators the minor was brought to the emergency room on May 31, 2025, after suffering a severe reaction to marijuana. Baird said he warned the girl that drug use could leave her vulnerable to sexual assault.

The girl then disclosed that she had smoked marijuana and became “high” before being raped by the man she was with. She identified him as Ichitaro Dustin Faisao, 33, whom she met two months earlier through the online game Mobile Legends.

Court documents do not explain why charges were filed more than six months after the incident was reported. Faisao was charged with second-degree sexual assault and disturbing the peace.

During a Dec. 3 hearing, Superior Court Judge Joseph N. Camacho set bail at $20,000. Faisao was remanded to the Department of Corrections and ordered to return for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 10 and arraignment on Dec. 15.

Assistant Public Defender Emily Thomsen represented Faisao while Assistant Attorney General David Karch appeared for the government.

According to the complaint, the girl agreed to meet Faisao because he was older and could buy items for her. She said Faisao purchased four pre-rolled joints while she waited in his car, and the two later smoked together.

The girl told investigators she began to lose focus, her throat became dry, and she was unable to speak. She said Faisao told her, “I know something that can sober you up,” before climbing over the passenger seat and getting on top of her.

The girl said she was too impaired to resist and that Faisao sexually assaulted her.
