(DPS) — The CNMI Department of Public Safety will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., on Beach Road in Garapan, along the northbound lane near the former Joe Bar’s.
In addition, DPS-Highway Patrol will conduct high-visibility saturation patrols along major primary and secondary roadways from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, to enhance traffic safety and promote compliance with traffic laws.
