THE Truth is the Political Morals on the mainland and in the CNMI have gone astray and to make it worse, the lay people are making decisions that should be made by the EXPERTS, as Arnold said about CEDA. I know there are MILLIONS of Americans who now wish they would have listened to the experts and even VP Harris & Governor Waltz who warned America’s Democracy was at stake in the election. But the majority chose Trump and was gullible enough to believe his lies in defiance of the facts & evidence in Project 2025. Needless to say, Trump doesn’t have a morality level at all, as he even refused to put his hand on the Bible when he was sworn in which was a “terrifying subliminal signal of what was to come” — complete chaos & devastation of America & the People in all walks of life. Just another recent example of “I TOLD YOU SO” like I’m already WARNING about Arnold’s 2nd run!
WE can’t make the same mistake of believing Arnold and his Republicans who have manipulated the events in the CNMI to no-end only to set the stage for another election but TAYA for our economy. The CNMI should be marketing in Japan, South Korea and China. But Zoning needs to “ban nomenclature (symbolism) of foreign countries in the architecture of Hotels & Businesses,” as We must be visitor friendly to ALL Tourists. WE must use diplomacy in talking to the governments of Japan & China at the highest level possible to gain any real assurance about their support for the CNMI’s Tourism Industry. WE are shooting in the dark at these tourists, as these nations are “very Top Heavy” driven by what these Government want. The average layperson knows that one statement from these Governments can do a lot to promote & turn our Japanese & China markets around. I commend our Delegate for doing her part with the Feds but putting the cart (airlines & laws) in front of the horse (tourists & their government’s support) figuratively, as having airlines and no guaranteed customers is futile. Heck, Arnold hasn’t tried diplomacy nor has he made an attempt to least the Marianas Resort to the Japanese!
Arnold has already proven he doesn’t have what it takes to rebuild & save our dying economy, as I TOLD readers SO about his “picnic table economics v the expertise of Ambrose Bennett. They still don’t get it that Ambrose was educated to “be a step ahead of the times,” which is why I always beat them to the punch on what needs to be done. However, instead of accepting the truth & facts the response is ignoring out of ignorance & bigotry costing the People opportunities for change and progress. I’m sure every voter KNEW Arnold needed to fix our economy before he was even elected. But WE all, self-included, got distracted with the “TRUST” mantra of Arnold & Apatang, thus WE didn’t get anything FOR the Economy and OUR quality of life that also continues to decline due to several economic variables yet to be addressed. When the U.S. catches a cold with their economy, by the time the effects reach the CNMI it has transformed into a deadly virus putting businesses in ICU and some even DIE. If our leaders, who are NOT economists, don’t learn to listen to the experts in the Art & Science of Economics, the CNMI may NEVER find any real consistent economic prosperity FOR the People.
“Freedom of speech & expression” have been BANNED by the Trump Administration and the same is virtually true in the CNMI. The moral fiber in America, even in the CNMI, has been infected to the point that “political moral expectations & respect for the TRUTH & FACTS have been destroyed by ill-moral antibodies. I know for TRUE a lot of the things I’ve proposed could have helped the CNMI only to be ignored, as “TRUTH, FACTS & REALITY” do not apply, which is the pathetic story in the CNMI! FYI example, two officials just stopped a payment our Legislature rubber stamped for Arnold. However, the reality is they stopped a single 250,000-dollar payment and were on the front page of the news. But when Ambrose M. Bennett, stopped “a multimillion-dollar monopoly scheme that violated Federal Anti-Trust Law” there was not so much as a whisper in the news nor thanks other than Ambrose tooting his own horn in an Op ed. But Republicans have everyone afraid to support Ambrose in anyway publicly even with issues of real merit. I’m not hating but it’s sad, as I’m sure all parents teach their kids to say THANKS but as adult leaders it seems to be a lost attribute, even among the educated & so-call honorable ones who KNOW BETTER! Heck, our leaders don’t even say THANKS to the Feds when we get BILLIONS in funding — it’s the sad the morality-level that is so low in our Political Arena, WE can’t even say Thank You. WE can’t even live up to the simple & basic moral expectation that WE teach our kids, and WE wonder WHY the CNMI can’t get on track. God is only watching us ignore the expert(s) & vote ourselves into “Political, Social & Economic HELL”!
I’ve often THANKED our leaders & the regular folks who thank me with encouragement to “keep it up.” However, readers can be assured that mainland activists like me are often & openly SUPPORTED but not in the CNMI. This is the TRUE pathetic morality & reality of the politics in the CNMI driven by FEAR to even say “Ambrose is RIGHT or Thanks Ambrose” even though it’s not about Ambrose but “the ISSUE & their merits.” WE the People nor our Representative & Senators are in such a poor morality state that WE can’t even openly support what is RIGHT & BEST for the CNMI for FEAR. Well, all I can share is that WE can learn from the Romans who said, “fortune favors the brave,” as the ancient Romans lived & died by this axiom in their rise to world power!
