ON Jan. 23, 2026, the Dolphin Battalion Robotics Team began their journey to Sandusky, Ohio to compete at the JROTC Robotics Championship at the Kalahari Classic V5RC High School Signature Event, a nationally recognized competition held at Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center. This event brings together top robotics teams from across the United States and its territories.
Earlier this year, the Dolphin Battalion Flamingbots competed in San Diego, where their strong performance helped secure a spot to advance at national level. Thanks to the hard work and perseverance of team members, both Dolphin Battalion teams, Flamingbots and Rubber Ducky, have earned the opportunity to represent Marianas High School at one of the biggest national events.
Months of designing, building, testing, and problem-solving have led up to this moment. The Dolphin Battalion is ready to showcase their engineering, programming, and teamwork skills. Competing at this level is a major achievement for the Dolphin Battalion robotics team and highlights the dedication and perseverance of all team members as they represent Marianas High School and the CNMI at a national level.
