(Office of the CNMI Governor) — Gov. David M. Apatang and Lt. Gov. Dennis James C. Mendiola officially administered the oaths of office to several newly confirmed members of vital Commonwealth boards and commissions on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026. These appointments follow formal confirmation by the Senate during its 1st day, third regular session.
The swearing-in ceremony included appointees to the Commonwealth Ports Authority board, the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission, the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority and the Museum Board of Governors.
The newly sworn-in officials include:
