I HOPE this message finds you well.
I am writing to follow up on an email I previously sent to the Saipan Mayor’s Office, for which I have not yet received a response. I understand that offices are often busy, but I wanted to respectfully raise a concern about communication and responsiveness.
In today’s digital environment, timely replies to emails and phone calls are an essential part of public service. Clear and consistent communication helps ensure that community concerns are acknowledged and addressed, and it strengthens public trust in local government.
The Mayor’s Office and its staff play an important role in improving and maintaining our villages and communities across the CNMI. With the resources and personnel available, I believe there is strong potential to accomplish meaningful projects that benefit residents — especially when communication with the public is prioritized.
I appreciate the work that goes into serving the community and hope to receive a response at your convenience. Thank you for your time and attention, and I look forward to hearing back.
Sincerely,
JOAQUIN O. ROMOLOR
Washington, D.C.
