Businessman Alex Aquiningoc cleared Alaihai Street in Garapan of typhoon debris using his own heavy equipment. He said he had to help clear the road to give the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. vehicles and personnel access to areas that needed repairs. Another local resident, Martin Teregeyo, praised him, saying Alex is a good neighbor.
