(Press Release) — On the evening of May 8, 2026, etched in history, EUCON International University successfully hosted its 16th Commencement Ceremony alongside a breathtaking Musical Gala. This was more than a graduation; it was a profound convergence of academic crowning and spiritual awakening, showcasing EUCON’s brilliant legacy in higher education and character building.
The glory of the MBA Class
The ceremony celebrated the rise of six new MBAs. Notably, Andrew Romolo Orisni II and Shanle Sablan achieved their dreams through the full-tuition Indigenous Scholarship, proving that education is the ultimate gateway to transformation.
This year’s cohort shines with distinguished leaders, including Jonathan Marshall (vice president of Pacific Islands University), Dr. Yoh Shirato (associate pastor of Harvest Baptist Church, Guam), Mea Jagorin (EIS Faculty), and Martin Yulin He (CIO of CWM Trust). Their success validates EUCON’s MBA as the premier choice for working professionals — requiring only 2-3 hours a day to complete a master’s degree within one year at an affordable cost.
Virtual academic milestone
The academic harvest extended to the divine. Thirteen Master of Arts in Theology candidates and four Chinese Department MAT candidates participated in the ceremony virtually via live stream. These graduates, all dedicated ministers in the field, utilized EUCON’s advanced online platform to deepen their theological knowledge without borders. EUCON remains committed to launching doctoral programs and providing Indigenous Scholarships to help local residents achieve both undergraduate and graduate excellence.
A soul-stirring symphony
The Musical Gala elevated the night to a spiritual peak. Led by three visionary conductors, the diverse choirs delivered a performance that shook the soul. Under the expert leadership of Sarah Choi (Doctor of Musical Arts and Department Chair), the music program showcased the highest artistic standards in the CNMI. The grand finale — Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus” from the Messiah — electrified the audience, offering a divine sense of peace and rejuvenation.
