
(Press Release) — The Judiciary proudly congratulates grants manager Gregorio U. Tudela on receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tudela began his undergraduate journey in July 2021, shortly before joining the Judiciary as an administrative specialist in August 2021. He earned an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in August 2023. Since then, he continued pursuing higher education while maintaining full-time employment, demonstrating exceptional commitment, discipline, and perseverance.
Since joining the Judiciary, Tudela has achieved multiple career advancements, progressing from administrative specialist to deputy clerk I, administrative officer, and program specialist before assuming his current role as grants manager. Throughout this time, he balanced full-time professional responsibilities with full-time academic studies, exemplifying a strong work ethic and dedication to personal and professional growth.
“From the moment Greg was hired as the Family Court clerk, his capabilities were clear,” said Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio. “Through hard work, initiative, and self-motivation, he successfully balanced his education and professional duties to earn his college degree and become the grants manager of the Judiciary. The Judiciary celebrates Greg’s accomplishment!”
