(SCC) — Håfa Adai and Tirow from the Saipan Chamber of Commerce! We are excited to invite you to our upcoming February general membership meeting or GMM, scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Taga Hall, Saipan World Resort.
During this meeting, chamber members will receive important updates from our committee chairs about recent activities and progress. This GMM will feature a special guest presentation by CNMI Zoning Administrator Therese Ogumoro.
She will provide updates on zoning laws and present on the abatement of public nuisances which is to require all property owners that hold blighted properties within the island of Saipan to be held accountable to secure and maintain abandoned, vacant, and blighted properties. The floor will likewise be open for our members and future-members to give their feedback and opinions on such topic.
