McDonald’s of Saipan honors crew of 1st quarter 2026

(Press Release) — McDonald’s of Saipan is proud to recognize the hard work and dedication of its crew members from the Middle Road and Garapan restaurants for the first quarter of 2026.

 This quarter, McDonald’s celebrates the outstanding efforts of MJ McPhetres Baker of McDonald’s Garapan and Dina Regua of McDonald’s Middle Road, who have been named Crew of the First Quarter. Their commitment to teamwork, customer service, and maintaining McDonald’s high standards has made a positive impact on their restaurants and fellow crew members.

Joe Ayuyu Jr., company vice president, shared, “We are proud to recognize MJ and Dina for their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude. Their commitment to providing excellent service and supporting their teams exemplifies the values we strive to uphold at McDonald’s.”

MJ McPhetres Baker, recipient from McDonald’s Garapan, shared, “To me, winning Crew of the Quarter means I’ve proven to myself that I’m able to excel at what I do and that my supervisors acknowledge my efforts.”

Dina Regua, recipient from McDonald’s Middle Road, expressed her appreciation by saying, “This award is meaningful to me, and thank you for allowing me to work with such wonderful coworkers. I still have a lot more to learn and have fun while doing it.”

Together, MJ McPhetres Baker and Dina Regua represent the dedication, perseverance, and team spirit that define McDonald’s of Saipan.
