
JOHN Duenas, assistant special agent-in-charge of Homeland Security Investigations for Guam, the CNMI, and Micronesia on Tuesday issued the following statement:
“Pursuant to the presidential executive order and federal laws, Immigration and Customs Enforcement…has been conducting law enforcement operations across the country to include Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. ICE, in collaboration with our local law enforcement partners, the U.S. Marshals Service, DEA, FBI and the ATF, [will] identify, apprehend and remove aliens that violate…immigration laws. The collaboration between ICE and our local and federal law enforcement partners is essential for national security and public safety.”
