ON Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024, the United Filipino Organizations hosted the “Paskong Pinoy” event at Marianas Business Plaza, attracting a large crowd. There were two entries in the On-The-Spot Christmas Tree Making contest, with Marciano Raagas winning the $200 first prize and Ruel Nava taking the $150 second prize.
The kids drawing contest winners were Arya Duarte, Sonny Sanchez Jr., Princess Sanchez, Kian B., Raya, and Athea Duarte, who placed first to sixth respectively.
Angel Nica Voces, for her part, won $500 cash in the “Kwarta o Kahon” (Cash or Box) game. The event was hosted by Annamae Adaza and Birhen Martinez.
Martinez also extended her gratitude to all members and volunteers of the Bayani Association, Bicol Association, Marianas Association of Filipino Engineers and Architects, Marianas Institute of Filipino CPAs and Accountants, Northern Marianas Bartender Association, Samahang Ilocano, Santo Niño Prayer Group, and Tau Gamma Phi (Triskelion).
