(DPS) — The Department of Public Safety’s Highway Patrol Section will be conducting occupant protection and child restraint checkpoint and sobriety checkpoints on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 27 and 28.
Nov. 27
The first setup will be an occupant protection and child restraint checkpoint. This check point will be on Chalan Msgr. Guerrero San Jose to Dandan from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The second setup will be a sobriety checkpoint on Chalan Pale Arnold, Garapan to Chalan Laulau, from 6 p.m. 8:30 p.m.
The third setup will be a sobriety checkpoint on Beach Road, Garapan to San Jose, from 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Nov. 28
The first sobriety checkpoint will be on Beach Road, Garapan to Chalan Piao, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The second sobriety checkpoint will be on Chalan Pale Arnold, Chalan Laulau to Puerto Rico, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
In addition, DPS-Highway Patrol Section will also be conducting laser speed enforcement at various locations around the island.
