
THE Division of Revenue and Taxation would like to remind all 501(c) organizations that have been granted tax-exempt status, as well as those with pending applications for exemption from the earnings tax, business gross revenue tax, and NMTIT of your legal obligation to file an annual information return.
Under CNMI Revenue and Taxation regulations, such 501(c), or tax exempt, organizations are required to submit their annual returns by the designated due date or the approved extension date. Failure to comply with this filing requirement may result in the revocation of tax-exempt status.
