HYULIM Group, the Korean conglomerate that owns LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort, will ensure that the 36-hole golf course and hotel “will be loved for the next 30 years.”

During the awards banquet of the 2024 Hyulim-Lao Invitational Golf Tournament on Saturday, Hyulim Group President Jin-woo Kim also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the players.

Kim joined more than 120 visiting golfers from South Korea who saw action in the tournament. “Our Hyulim Group proudly includes 20 subsidiaries, spanning from leading robotics companies like Hyulim Robot to top-tier fire protection equipment firms such as Paratech, along with advanced industries in construction, asset management, and more,” Kim said in his remarks.

In pursuit of greater growth and unity among their subsidiaries, Kim said they have been hosting an annual golf tournament since last year for their business executives and other VIPs.

He said LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort is Hyulim Group’s 17th subsidiary and first overseas asset.

Constructed in the mid-1990s, the CNMI’s largest golf course was designed by PGA champion Greg Norman.

“We are committed to ensuring that LaoLao Bay Golf Resort will be loved for the next 30 years, just as it has been for the past 30 years. We will strive to improve our facilities and maintain customer-focused services to continue receiving your support,” Kim said.

This year’s tournament players included executives of Hyulim Group’s subsidiaries: Hyulim Robot, Paratech, Hyulim A-Tech, Hyulim Networks, Edge Foundry,  Hyulim  Wellness, G&M, Korea Comprehensive Development, Alpen Route Investment Management, Hyulim Construction, Deeper-I, Hyulim AMC, JK Withs, Saipan Laulau Development Inc., and EQ Cell.
