THE Black 8 Dart Killahs finished first in the Thursday Flame Tree B division of the 2024 SEDA Bud Light Dart League after the final matches of the season were concluded Thursday last week.

The Dart Killahs ended the season with a loss against Spicy Thai Na Bali Last Dart B, 4-11, but they had already secured the top spot even before the match began.

Both teams were evenly matched as several lead exchanges were made in the opening set of the 301 Double In/Double Out games.

The Dart Killahs’ Jemma “BadShot” Manibo drew first blood as she claimed the first game, but Na Bali Last Dart’s John “J-Blaze” Benavente also notched a win for the first deadlock of the night.

The third game was won by the Dart Killahs’ Josenio “Bear” Alvarez, but Na Bali Last Dart’s Joseph “JD” Magofna equalized to tie the score once again, 2-2.

In the next set of Partners Crazy Cricket games, Na Bali Last Dart’s Benavente and Michael Muna rode the momentum to claim game 1 but the Dart Killahs’ Jesse “J Boy” Taitano and IJ Teigita bagged game 2 for a 3-3 deadlock.

However, that was the end for the Dart Killahs as they were nearly silenced for the rest of the match.

Na Bali Last Dart swept the Partners 501 Double In/Double Out games and won four Single Regular Cricket games to gain a comfortable distance, 9-3.

The Dart Killahs’ Ian “Rosek” Norita and Alvarez triumphed in game 1 of the Partners Half-It set, but Na Bali Last Dart won game 2 as well as the Team 1101 Double In/Double Out game to secure the win, 11-4.

Nevertheless, the Dart Killahs finished first overall with a record of 237 wins and 153 losses.

Three teams tied for second place: Spicy Thai Na Bali Last Dart, Hut Dartstheway I Like It, and Last Shot Parakeyu, each with a record of 226 wins and 164 losses.

Parakeyu had the biggest chance of claiming solo second place, but they were edged by Spicy Thai Take Flight, 7-8.

In overall third place is True North Broken Tip with 224 wins and 166 losses followed by Johnny’s Boozeye in fourth with 205 wins and 185 losses.
