Commissioner of Education Dr. Lawrence F. Camacho gestures as he emphasizes a point during a meeting on Monday with the Board of Education’s Committee on Personnel, Budget and Administration, which is chaired by BOE member Gregory Pat Borja. The committee discussed various issues concerning the Public School System’s local and federal financial matters, as well as issues pertaining to personnel and administration. Also participating in the meeting were Associate Commissioner for Administrative Services Eric Magofna, Federal Programs Officer Jacqueline P. Che, Finance and Procurement Director Arlene Lizama, Human Resources Officer Lucretia Deleon Guerrero, and Senior Director for Accountability Research and Evaluation Dr. Rizalina P. Liwag. BOE member Antonio L. Borja, a member of the committee, attended the meeting virtually.
