THE Saipan International School Geckos and the Dandan Middle School Tottots showed no mercy to their respective foes in the middle school girls division of the NMI Football Association Interscholastic Soccer League at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville on Thursday.
Beatrice Gross led the Geckos with two goals en route to a 3-0 victory against the Tanapag Middle School Tatagas. The Geckos’ Melissa Namai-Scoggins delivered a goal in the first half.
The other Geckos seeing action in the game were Faith Arriola, Neveah Arriola, Arianna Chi, Windsor Gross, Chlorie Lee, Kate Manglona, Leilani Ruszala, Sophia Smith and Jewel Whang.
The TMS Tatagas consisted of Erae Aguon, Isabella Cruz, Selena Desebel, Aaliyah Fatialofa, Alexa Macaranas, Jade Pascual and Sheryl Vinuya.
DMS vs FMS
Elikcristiana Iglecias and Talina Aguon-McClure helped the DMS Tottots trounce the Francisco M. Sablan Middle School Napu Riders, 10-0.
Iglecias scored two goals in a row early in the game. After Morgan Castro delivered a goal, Iglecias fired another goal while teammate Rhodalyn Zanduela chipped in one toward the end of the first half.
Aguon McClure took charge in the second half, dominating the attacking zone with a hat trick and two additional goals, leading to a 10-0 drubbing of FMS.
Also seeing action for the Tottots were Genicia Agulto, Zowie Deleon Guerrero, Clea Janel Manangan, Anissa Faith Masga, Dana Yvonne Munar and Phynx Nogis.
Battling for the FMS Riders were Margarita Camacho, Delfina Dowai, Shy’annalie Mallens, Brenalyn Mansfield, Julianne Mettao, Gabriella Mitchell, Jewel Palacios, Amber Sablan, Susona Shakh, Saborna Shakh and Ha’anisha Taitano.
