(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is inviting members of the public to its 3rd Quarter Professional Development Training, titled “Strategic Leadership & Effective Management,” scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024. The event will take place at TPOD 1 on the Northern Marianas College campus.
The training will be facilitated by NMC President Galvin Deleon Guerrero, EdD, and will be divided into two sessions: the first from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 noon, and the second from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Key points of the training include:
• Actionable insights for effective team management
• Practical strategies for:
○ Effective communication
○ Conflict resolution
○ Strategic leadership
○ Enhancement of managerial skills
• Immediate impact on professional roles
Participants should bring their own computer or mobile device to enhance the training experience.
Training fees:
• Chamber members: $50
• Future chamber members: $60
