SAIPAN’S skyline can be your lunchtime companion again now that 360 Revolving Restaurant is open again during lunch hours from Monday to Friday, owner Andrew Colburn said.
Lunch time is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dinner hours from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. while happy hour is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
“We’re open seven days a week for lunch and for dinner and that’s a big thing,” Colburn said. “If you’re coming to 360, you don’t have to worry if we’re open — we’re open for lunch and we’re open for dinner every day.”
Colburn said the restaurant will offer two lunch specials weekly. This week’s special is chicken “inasal” or spaghetti Bolognese. The lunch special includes soup, salad, and a drink.
360 Revolving Restaurant also offers Fabulous Wet Burritos that are loaded with ground beef, onions, refried beans, and then smothered in red sauce and cheese for $16.99; fettuccine alfredo, which comes with mushrooms, onions, bacon and garlic bread for $14.99; grilled marinated pork chops for $19.99; burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and much more.
Colburn said his loyal customers have asked him to reopen for lunchtime.
“I had a lot of people calling saying, ‘Why don’t you reopen [for lunch]? When are you going to reopen? We miss eating up there.’ I’m going to try. I’m going to reopen and hope it will be fine,” he said.
As Beach Road improvements have been ongoing for over a year now, Colburn said his business has slowed.
He also said he has felt an impact from the downturn of the economy.
Colburn said it had him thinking about his customers.
“We’re doing a lot of these specials to try to help out the locals, because not only have I been struggling, but a lot of the locals have been, too,” Colburn said. “A lot have had their hours cut back.”
Aside from lunch specials, he’s also taking 30% off his dinner specials. These include grilled mahi mahi and shrimp skewer; 6 oz. grilled tenderloin steak with mahi mahi; grilled lobster tails; grilled lobster tail and shrimp skewer; and grilled lobster with ribeye steak.
Like the lunch special, dinner includes soup, salad, and a drink.
