I enjoyed meeting with all of you and love continuing to learn about the great library programming that is happening at JKPL. I appreciate the time you and your staff dedicated to putting together the presentation for the group, as well as for answering the questions on the checklist. It provides helpful context, and it is clear that the LSTA program is well-organized and well-run. The administrative and financial processes are in order, and certain elements, like your diverse programming options that meet a wide array of needs, are a model for the other Pacific states. I commend you and your staff for the attention to federal funding requirements and best practices.”
