TRENCH Tech’s new and improved BJJ classes are now open and instructor Cuki Alvarez and the rest of the team are encouraging individuals to seize the opportunity to learn from the best.
Monday classes are scheduled from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. while Wednesday classes are held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The NoGi instructor is Anthony Torres.
Tuesday and Thursday classes focus on Gi JiuJitsu from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. with Clinton Dela Cruz and Alvarez as the instructors.
Saturdays are for open mat sessions from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
